Born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia, Nina made Florida her home in 2000 when she arrived as an international student. After earning her degree, she returned to Colombia where she built a rich career in real estate working alongside developers, mastering the ins and outs of new construction, and eventually leading sales for a development company where she became a trusted advisor to international investors. That experience gave her a deep, well-rounded foundation that she brings to every transaction to this day.
For over five years, Nina has been a proud member of Graber Realty Group, growing alongside the team while helping Sellers and Buyers navigate the real estate process with confidence and ease. She approaches her work through a wellness lens, believing that the right home is more than four walls, it's the foundation of a life well lived.
