Meet Nina
Nina brings international expertise and fluency in Spanish and English to her passion of real estate. A licensed real estate agent, her understanding of international business, discipline and thoughtfulness make her clients feel comfortable in every transaction, adding value and gaining trust.
Originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, Nina moved to Florida in 2000 as an International Student. After graduating college, she returned to Colombia where she gained vast knowledge as a broker manager in a brokerage company where she worked closely with developers and learned all aspects of new construction to help her clients. As sales director with a development company, she mastered the specific needs of marketing properties and acquired skill in working with international investors.
For over four years, Nina has been an integral part of Graber Realty Group, helping the team grow while guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process with expertise and care. Focused on Edgewater, Midtown, Downtown, Brickell, and nearby neighborhoods, Nina takes pride in blending her local knowledge with a passion for community. Nina also enjoys the outdoors, a morning workout, a coffee at her favorite local coffee shop, go for a walk with her buddy Taco who happens to know the best pet friendly spots in the neighborhood; and a great dinner at her favorite restaurants.
